I saw all the blogs on Rustomjee website about career growth, so I would like to share my career growth as an inspiration for other students with my story of campus placement success
I started my career with Standard Chartered Securities Ltd as a Business Development Manager in March,10. All thanks to RBS for providing such a great placement (2010). In the same year I secured the No. 1 position pan-India for achieving my sales target and got a hike of 20% on salary.
After that Standard Chartered Bank had hired me as a Personal Finance Manager in Jul'11 with 50% hike on salary.
Just to add on recently in March '13, I was promoted to Preferred Relationship Manger with hike of 22% on salary and still I am continuing with the organization and looking for another big jump at the same place.
All thanks to you Sir. Specially for my English Language you have supported me a lot and you can see where I am standing right now. Thanks a lot.
