Dr. Hanif U. Kanjer is a distinguished management educator, corporate advisor, and institution builder whose career spans global consulting, higher education, executive development, and K–12 educational leadership. With over two decades of experience across industry and academia, he brings a unique blend of strategic insight, financial expertise, and people-centered leadership to executive learning programs.

An MBA in Strategy from London Business School and a Ph.D. in Finance from University of Mumbai, Dr. Kanjer has worked across more than 20 countries, advising organizations on strategy, business transformation, operational excellence, financial modelling, valuation, and growth initiatives. His corporate engagements have included assignments with global organizations such as Ernst & Young, Infosys, 3M, Unilever, Hertz, Giordano, and several leading businesses across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

As Founder Director of Rustomjee Cambridge International School & Junior College, Director of Rustomjee International School, and Founder Dean of Rustomjee Business School, he has helped shape learning ecosystems serving thousands of students and educators.
